About the Speaker

Lores Vlaminck is a nationally-recognized consultant and educator on end-of-life care and related issues. She is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse, a trainer for the End-of-Life Nursing Education Consortium, and holds a Master’s degree in nursing education from Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota. Currently, Lores serves as Executive Secretary on the board for Hospice Minnesota and is a nurse consultant for the Minnesota HomeCare Association. She provides mentorship and consulting services to home care, hospice and assisted living staff.
