Webinars
Live, interactive 1- to 2-hour web-based seminars. Interact with the presenter on a toll-free phone connection while viewing the slide presentation via the internet. One connection to the event is allowed per registration, but many of our webinar customers use a speaker phone and a projector to create a group learning experience! Like a regular seminar, there will be a specific date and time to participate. Your emailed registration confirmation will include links to a pdf of the manual and CE request forms. A per-person CE fee is payable after the event if CE is requested. See event descriptions for details.

Webcasts
On-line broadcast of live, full-day seminars, delivered in real-time to your internet-connected computer. Webcasts are not available from all our live events, but when available, they are a great option for those who cannot be away from work, or who prefer to learn from the comfort of home or office. Video is displayed on your computer screen and audio is streamed through your computer speakers. Like a regular seminar, the event is scheduled for a specific date and time, and you will be able to participate in question/answer sessions with the speaker. Your registration entitles you to one connection to the event, but be sure to invite your colleagues to join you! Your emailed registration confirmation will include links to a manual and CE request forms, both in PDF format. A per-person CE fee is payable after the event for those requesting CE credit. Seminars on CD
Available from our bookstore, Seminars on CD are audio recordings of our one-day seminars, delivered to you on CD. The set also includes one CD-ROM that you insert into your computer's CD-ROM drive to print your seminar manual and Self-study CE Request Form. Print as many copies as you wish and share the recording with your co-workers! CE is available for a limited time and a per-person CE fee is payable after you listen to the recording. Webinars on CD-ROM
Also available from our bookstore, Webinars on CD-ROM are 1- to 2-hour recordings of our webinars, delivered to you on CD-ROM. These webinars are recorded in Windows Media Format for use in playback using Windows Media Player or other video playback software. Use your computer to view the narrated slide presentation and to print as many copies of the written material and Self-study CE Request Form as you need. CE is available for a limited time and a per-person CE fee is payable after you view the material. See item descriptions for details.

On-line Webinars
1- to 2-hour recordings of our webinars, "streamed" from the internet to your personal computer. Purchase as many titles as you'd like, then view as often as you'd like, whenever you like, for three months! On-line learning is a great way to access valuable information without needing to download files. Your purchase includes written material in PDF format which can be viewed or printed, plus an on-line test and a self-study CE certificate for one person. See item descriptions for details.

Podcasts
The portable version of our On-line webinar recordings! You can download the audio portion of a 1- to 2-hour webinar and listen to it on your computer, iPOD, MP3 player or cell phone. Podcasts are a great option for users who want to take the course with them, or for users who cannot access streaming content on their personal computers. Includes access to written materials in PDF format. After you listen, log back in to take the test and print your self-study CE certificate. All included in one purchase price!
